Metamorfinca, the Farm of Transformation, is a haven nestled in San Luis, Costa Rica, overlooking a stunning waterfall just 30 minutes from the beach. Situated at 2900 feet above sea level on 22 acres of land, this permaculture farm offers an idyllic retreat where temperatures are always comfortable. With over 50 farm animals, including goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, and turkeys, guests can immerse themselves in a harmonious farm life experience. The center also boasts Earth Eco Homes, an all-natural Yoga Shala made from bamboo grown on-site, an infrared sauna with Red Light Therapy, and a relaxing hot tub, creating a perfect blend of nature, wellness, and sustainability for visitors seeking rejuvenation and transformation. https://metamorfinca.com

Goddess Rewilding is a feminine liberation movement that honors the natural wonders of the world, and the Goddess of all Goddesses: Mother Earth. Every retreat is intentionally chosen to give reverence to the tradition of the location, as well as the earth stewards that carry the traditions that keep us in remembrance of our unity. Metamorfinca is a transformational retreat center and farm that holds the same values, as is reflected in their ancestral wisdom keeping, sustainability, and regenerative practices.
What You’ll Experience
Sacred Waterfall + River Activations
Waterfalls are some of Mama Earth’s most lavish expressions! Just being in the breathtaking beauty of the pristine cascades in Costa Rica’s jungle can stir up deep remembrance and inspiration in you. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a private, guided hike to one of the most exclusive and large waterfalls in Costa Rica. A journey like this activates the most luxurious Goddess within.
We will also step farther into the jungle to bathe sacredly in the crystalline rivers of these healing lands.
Embodiment, Yoga, and Breathwork
Throughout your journey we will hold workshops to further open your heart and ignite your energy through the body and breath. Every morning will begin with a land offering and a themed morning movement flow. Breathwork will be sprinkled throughout your schedule, which will offer you the opportunity to release the past and harness your deepest truths. Every Goddess Rewilding retreat ends with joyful dance— this time under the jungle starlight!
Indigenous education + cacao ceremony
In order to truly rewild we must honor the land, the plant allies it offers, and the most sacred traditions of the wisdom keepers of this beautiful location. We will have the gorgeous blessing of receiving ritual, education, and a traditional cacao ceremony from India Mayorga, a visionary, ancestral healing guide, plant medicine ceremonialist, and transformational mentor.
Divine Feminine Enchantress workshops
Throughout the week you will step into different layers of yourself to shed what is not true to you, and to enliven your special magic. Workshops will offer trauma informed guidance as we heal the subconscious mind, liberate the voice, clear ancestral and current life programming, ignite luminous life-force energy, and invigorate our feminine aliveness! At this retreat you cannot be “too much.” Our capacity to hold the rawest truth in each other will be drenched in unconditional love.
Guest Speaker: Sacred Herbalism
Our retreat is held on land that has been regenerated to preserve and recover the authentic soil, its creatures, and foliage. In this workshop, we will have the honor of learning more about Earth caretaking, and how to carry these principles back home into our lives. We will also be steeped in a luscious experience through some of the most ancient herbalism practices on Earth— through the voice of a woman who has devoted years studying the wisdom teachings of the Dogon tribe.
Ocean excursion w/decadent Goddess nourishment
We will be venturing down to the coast for a Goddess Sensuality immersion where we will have the opportunity to swim, connect, and immerse ourselves in the azure warm waters of Costa Rica’s pacific coastline. A beautiful luncheon, worthy of a Goddess, will be set up on the beach for us to deepen into pleasure through all of the senses. In this experience you will be guided to connect to your inner Aphrodite and soften into embodied presence.

Nicole Marrè - Founder of Goddess Rewilding™, Visionary, Speaker, Ceremonialist, SoulSensual™ Reiki Founder, Magnetism Coach
Niki Marre was born with extraordinary energetic and intuitive gifts—many of which she kept hidden until her mid-twenties. Raised in the mountains of Utah, her spiritual path began early, when she first heard the voices of the land whispering to her spirit. This connection led her into crystal-adorned shamanic work and a lifelong devotion to the unseen. At age 12, a spontaneous kundalini activation revealed just how profound her relationship with Spirit truly was. After becoming certified in yoga and chakra healing, Niki devoted herself fully to Goddess spirituality and the awakening of the Divine Feminine within all beings—bridging ancient wisdom with modern transformational tools. One of the most life-shifting modalities on her path was Reiki. After two years of devoted practice, Niki experienced a profound energetic surge that catalyzed her ability to read the language of the soul, access past lives, astral travel, and channel mystical insights with precision and compassion. Niki remains dedicated to refining her gifts and living in deep embodiment of the highest frequencies of Love. Currently, her offerings include: reiki healing, shamanic clearing, chakra balancing, somatic therapy, EFT tapping, NLP, past life readings, soul channeling, intuitive guidance, and sacred sensuality coaching. ECO THERAPIST AND PRODUCTION
Erin’s relationship with the outdoors began in early childhood. A lifelong hiker and devoted lover of the natural world, she has long felt the healing presence of the Great Wild.
Having moved often, Erin discovered that communion with nature—from high mountains to vast deserts—became her most enduring sense of home. Immersed in these alive, elemental landscapes, she felt both rooted and free, held and inspired by a mystery larger than herself.
Guided by the knowing that we are nature at our very core—our souls, Erin shares practices that invite reconnection and resonance with the living world. Through this intimacy with land, breath, and body, we remember how to come home within ourselves, restoring a sense of radiant joy, belonging, and wholeness.

LISA PADILLA
BREATHWORK AND REIKI PRACTITIONER
is a certified breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner with a deep-rooted passion for mind-body healing. A long-time student of somatic and spiritual practices, Lisa received her 500-hour certification through the internationally renowned Alchemy of Breath in Europe, where she trained in conscious connected breathwork with a focus on trauma release and nervous system regulation.
Her facilitation is heart-led and intuitively grounded—offering safe, expansive spaces for emotional processing, energetic release, and deep reconnection to self. Lisa has guided breathwork experiences in diverse settings, from intimate private sessions and transformational retreats to large-scale corporate events and community classes.
She is also the founder of Ritual Realty, a mindful real estate brand that weaves wellness into the home buying and selling process.
